We just enjoyed an inspiring evening singing and dancing with the Jonas Brothers, and our ears are still ringing. Not from the amplifiers, but from the screams of the adoring fans.

Lesson 3: Show your enthusiasm. For almost 2 hours, this dynamic pop trio not only sang, they danced. They jumped. They laughed, climbed, flipped, ran, slid, fell down, got back up, and reveled in a performance that was almost perpetual motion. Their movements were not the result of professional choreographers, but the release of sheer unbridled joy in what they do. Are others on your team caught up in your enthusiasm? Get fired up!
Don't spend your entire career in the audience. Get on the stage and dazzle the crowd with what you've got. And don't settle for singing back-up. Jump into the spotlight, and rock the world!
